The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Four has initiated a Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study to consider improvements to Port St. Lucie Boulevard from Becker Road (MP 0.238) to Darwin Boulevard (MP 3.104) in St. Lucie County.

This PD&E Study will be evaluating many alternatives, including roadway capacity improvements, bicycle and pedestrian accommodations, and transit needs.
